Nikkie Cooke

Nikkie joined the team as the Practice Manager at Canterbury Skin and Laser Clinic in June 2022.

Nikkie has worked in healthcare settings since 2005 after qualifying with a higher diploma in administrative and secretarial skills and medical audio transcription certificates with the view of becoming a medical secretary. Initially Nikkie worked in an NHS hospital before branching out into private healthcare gaining experience in a variety of administration roles.

Nikkie then went on to co-ordinate a group of consultant anaesthetists as their practice manager, allocating all of the local private hospitals in South East Kent with anaesthetic cover for the theatre lists, before her most recent job as Administration Manager leading the reservations team and medical records team in a local private hospital for 4 years where she gained expertise in people management, recruitment & healthcare management amongst other areas.

Nikkie is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and strives to deliver the best service always.

In her spare time Nikkie is a keen cook, enjoys socialising with her lovely husband and is a proud mother of two teenagers.
