Receptionist/ Administrator
Kate is part of our reception and administration team. She previously has managed and assisted several premium luxury retail counters, such as Bobbi Brown, Elizabeth Arden, and Benefit Cosmetics, where she developed her own and then trained people in customer services.
Striving for success and planning strategically, these positions have resulted in Kate’s teams being awarded with titles such as “UK Team of the Year” at Elizabeth Arden. This was down to Kate’s tireless focus on ensuring that everyone is happy with their experience that they have received and continues to provide this ethos for us at the Canterbury Skin and Laser Clinic.
In her free time Kate collaborates with brands showcasing her hair and makeup skills on social media. In addition, for productions such as BBC I Can See Your Voice, ITV 1 Supermarket Sweep, ITV 2 Celebrity Supermarket Sweep and Netflix UK The Crown.
